March Freezer Meal Prep

Hello Ladies! The next freezer prep will be the first Tuesday in March. The menu and information are below. Please note the price is now $12 per meal due to food costs. We also will start requiring payment be received by the cut off date so that we can plan accordingly and to make sure we have the funds deposited before we shop. I will deposit checks the Thursday or Friday before the prep so the funds can clear before we shop on Monday. Also, in order to keep the number of meals down a little bit from last time we put together a system we are going try this time, we hope it will allow most people to participate, but not have over 350 meals to prepare.
 
After 225 meal orders have been received we will allow the next 4 people in, but they can only order up to ten meals (if they pre-prep chicken they can order 20). This time we do not need any chicken prepped ahead of time.

8. Fresh Herb Whole Chicken (oven)

10. Ranch Pork Chops (Skillet)
 
Please contact Michelle Schroeder at michlewis24@yahoo.com for questions or to reserve a spot with your menu selections. There is a maximum of 2 of each menu item (20 meals). Meals will be set at $12.00 per meal and you will need to pay in advance to reserve your spot. We will try to accommodate as many as we can, but space is limited. Payment and order must be received by Monday, February 17th. If you are unable to make this date/time but would like to participate I may be able to assign tasks prior to the prep.
 
We can usually use alternatives if you have special dietary needs so please inquire about this.
 
We will meet at the church on the prep day to assemble the meals. Please bring cutting board, knife, large cooler, measuring cups and measuring spoons. If you have a food processor and meat scale to bring that also would be great. There will be free childcare provided at the church, please provide ages of children when you register. Bring a lunch for your child but please make sure it does not include items containing nuts.
 
Make checks payable to Michelle Schroeder. You can leave the check and your list of selections in an envelope marked with Michelle’s name in the church’s main office, or send it to her address (please also e-mail food selections).
