Pastor Jeff and Mary are on a family vacation in Marquette, Michigan, near the shore of Lake Superior. This will include time with family and visits to extended family. It will include hiking, boating, fishing, reading and traveling. For most of the trip, Pastor Jeff will be away from cell phone reception and internet connections. If you have a need or occasion for pastoral support, please contact Pastor Kerry Cox or Kreg Kastelz. Pastor Jeff returns the weekend of August 13.
Aspen Ridge will hold a Baptism Weekend on Sunday, August 27. This is in the way of Jesus’ Great Commission “…make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.” If you are interested, please contact a church leader or a member of our pastoral staff. Further, we will be hosting two orientation meetings (and you may choose one to attend). These include Sunday, August 13, at 10:15 AM and at 4:00 PM in Pastor Jeff’s office.
LOST AND FOUND
It is time to clean out our Lost and Found closet, located downstairs. Please take a moment to look and see if any of your belongings have ended up there. We will be donating any items left during the week of August 21.
